Ely Community Resource (a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization) has been supporting youth and families since 1978. Their mission is to foster positive youth development through activities designed to increase self esteem, build a sense of community, and provide positive adult relationships that allow effective interventions with youth and their families. ECR provides a host of exciting and educational programming for youth as well as family support services.

As Ely schools are facing a budget crisis, and the weight of these fires impacts our local economy, an organization like ECR is key to helping “make Ely a great place to grow up”, which is a crucial part of keeping young families here and securing the future of this community.
